Exhibitor description

ZeroClamp GmbH is an established system provider of clamping technology and standardized automation solutions for the machine tool industry. At its current location in Bruckmühl, 80 employees generate around 10 million euros in a state-of-the-art building. All products of ZeroClamp GmbH are manufactured in-house in Germany, embodying the concept of "Excellence Made in Germany" every day.

The company was founded in 2006 in a small office in Icking. In less than two decades, ZeroClamp GmbH has grown into an internationally operating medium-sized company. The foundation of its success is a zero-point clamping system that is technologically leading and one of the best-selling systems in Germany. Based on the success of the zero-point clamping system, many other products related to workpiece clamping have been developed.

As a result, a complete portfolio of high-quality clamping technology has been created. This includes vises - either manually or automatically operated - rail clamping systems, a complete range of jaws, and centric clamps. Automatic, high-precision clamping of workpieces corresponds to the first automation stage for manufacturing companies. Consequently, the first loading robot based on the SCARA principle was developed: the ZeroBot. This innovative loading system is capable of handling various tasks, such as loading and unloading raw parts, pallets, vises, or even fixtures into the machine. The robot is programmed via an intuitive web interface that can be accessed via WIFI on any standard device. To complete the portfolio, an entry-level robot system was developed, making many advantages of the large automation solution accessible on a small budget.

Today, ZeroClamp GmbH is the only company offering a complete portfolio of clamping technology and matching automation. The most complex tasks of loading machine tools can be completely offered and manufactured in-house. Customers enjoy the convenience of having a single provider for their combined automation and clamping tasks.
